Our Location

409 Canal Street is in Southington, one of the most ideal locations in Connecticut. Within 30 minutes of over 2M Connecticut residents, located withing minutes of three major interstate highways: I-84, I-91, and I-691 (and within minutes a half mile of local throughfares Routes 10 and 322). Southington is within 1/2 hour of the state capital of Hartford and less than 2 hours from either Boston or New York City.

Located near several other commercial and industrial complexes, 409 Canal Street benefits from a well established and vibrant network of shops, restaurants, entertainment, and other services. The area is also rich with farms, parks, and lovely residential neighborhoods.
